RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Fitness360™, we believe that good equipment should inspire confidence from day one. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
Eligibility requirements
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with its original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to validate the claim.
Return procedure
Contact our customer service at contact@fitness360tm.ca Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will send you a return label and shipping instructions. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted. Each request is handled carefully to ensure a smooth, fair, and professional experience.
Non-returnable products
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned: personal care products, accessories that come into direct contact with the skin, and personalized items. Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return.
Defective or damaged products
If you receive a damaged, defective , or incorrect item, please write to us immediately at contact@fitness360tm.ca with a photo of the product in question. We will assess the situation quickly and offer you the best possible solution: exchange, replacement or refund.
Exchanges
To get a different item more quickly, we recommend making a standard return and then placing a new order. Our team is still available to help you choose the most suitable size or model.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the package, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days . If more than 15 business days have passed without confirmation, please contact us at contact@fitness360tm.ca for verification.
