Prices and payments
Prices displayed on the website are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of order. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed through certified payment partners. Fitness360™ never stores your banking information on its servers.
Delivery
Each order is carefully prepared and shipped as soon as it is confirmed. The average delivery time is estimated between 8 and 16 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to track your package transparently. We only work with reliable carriers to ensure fast and secure service. In the event of an exceptional delay, our team will inform you and monitor the situation until your order is fully received.
Returns and exchanges
At Fitness360™, customer satisfaction is our priority. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Personalized, promotional, or personal-use items are not eligible for return. Intellectual property
All content on the Fitness360™ website, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Fitness360™ or its partners.
